“Beautiful, sweet house and yard. Exceeded my expectations. Beds were really comfortable and it was so nicely decorated. You can tell they put a lot of effort into this home. Everything was updated and painted and they still kept a lot of the charm of an older house.”

“Our stay at this sweet home in Tyler was outstanding. Entry was easy, it was close to all we needed to do and see. It was well stocked, and we could have brought 6 more people and still had a ton of room. The back yard is beautiful and the house was well equipped for us to cook when we were tired. I loved our time at this lovely house.”

“We loved our stay here! Top favorite things about it: #1 the amount of space in the living rooms & dining area. Being from out of town can make visiting feel like we are always running to everyone else. This space made it easy to host our family with ease. Plenty of space for everyone to visit! #2 I was thankful for how much it truly felt like home while we were away. The kitchen made it easy to prep sides & desserts with the things I needed. #3 Lastly, there was plenty of space to store all of our things so it didn’t feel cluttered or crowded.”

“We had some hiccups the first night. The heater was not working when we arrived, but the property manager went out of her way to get space heaters for us before WM closed that night. But....the space heaters tripped the circuit breakers in both bathrooms and the main bedroom. Little bit of an adventure to get ready the next morning without good light. Plugging in a curling iron w a space heater going in the family room the next morning caused that breaker to trip, too. So, before trying to plug in a curling iron in the kitchen, we waited for one person's hearing aids to recharge. (The breaker box was in the garage which was inaccessible to us at the time, so we could not flip breakers back on ourselves.) The property manager met the heat/air guy at the house to repair the furnace and it was smooth sailing after that. She was in constant contact with us and we cannot say enough good things about her. ***Even with the hiccups, we would definitely stay at the house again.*** The house is super cute, but not fussy. Everything was clean and fresh. The house has two living areas, a kitchen table, a dining room table and a game table with seating, along with 2 bathrooms. There was plenty of room in the house to visit with extended family and friends. The location made it easy to get to everything in Tyler.”

“Our group was really impressed with the house and very pleased with our stay. Sometimes you don’t know what to expect or if the house will look as it does in pictures, but this house was even bigger and better in person. The hosts were responsive and helpful every time i asked questions, and all procedures were so simple and easy! This little house is bright, clean, spacious and accommodating. The yard was cozy and even the trees behind the back fence made the view magical and dreamy in the rain. We would have loved to use the fire pit but our schedule didn’t allow. I don’t have any cons or recommendations. It was the perfect spot and made our reunion go smoothly and happily.”
